POWDER & BULK LOADING SYSTEMS

Clyde Materials Handling  have recently extended their product range to include Powder and Bulk Loading Systems.   

We provide complete bulk loading systems for dust free applications with the capacity and flexibility to perform in any industrial environment and which are capable of dealing with the varied demands of a wide range of industries ranging from the robust, aggressive conditions present in the Cement, Chemicals and Metals industries through to the easy clean, hygienic conditions demanded in the Food industry.

Clyde's  range of equipment includes all forms of loading spouts, spout petitioners, airflow conveyors, flow control gates, pulse jet dust collectors and product diverters.  These can be used for the loading of a wide range of materials into open or closed containers such as trucks, railcars, ships and for stockpiling, or totes through round hatch openings. They offer feed rates ranging from 25 t/hr through to 5000t/hr with a combination horizontal travel on a radial axis of 1.8 m and a vertical travel of 30m.

Clyde's systems offer optimal loading solutions providing many benefits including a cleaner, more efficient handling of the product, excellent product flow and reduction of product loss. Other benefits include reductions in annual maintenance costs, downtime, spares requirements and reduced environmental pollution whilst at the same time giving increased reliability.

Clyde have recently supplied four bulk loading systems to RMC Ash Resources at their site at West Burton Power Station.  These systems deliver pulverised fuel ash into ISO-Veyor containers at a rate of 200 tph. Other customers include major blue chip companies and government bodies worldwide
