Purpose built for Military applications, STURTEVANT supply Mobile Vacuum Cleaners and Lifevest and Liferaft Inflator Deflators to the Ministry of Defence. Designed for the arduous tasks undertaken, these units provide long maintenance free operation and reliability. All units and spare parts have NATO Stock Numbers.

 

The Military Panther heavy industrial vacuum cleaners have been designed in conjunction with the Royal Air Force as a purpose built suction unit for aircraft and helicopter servicing. Operating with flexible hoses of 16 metres or more in length, the unit is capable of the efficient removal of all waste and debris. Now available with HEPA filtration as standard, over 200 are in service with the RAF.

 MOD Panther

The Miltary Zephyr is used where applications call for a smaller robust industrial vacuum cleaner. This unit accepts the same hoses and tools as the larger Panther machine. Over 500 are in use with the RAF. Now available with HEPA filtration as standard. Used in applications such as Storeroom and workshop cleaning and motor transport cleaning.

Life vest and liferaft inflator deflators are designed in conjunction with and extensively used by the RAF to ensure reliability and integrity of precious sea safety equipment. The Units are used to inflate the lifevests / lifrafts, boost pressure test for security and then deflate for safe stowing.
